Terms and Conditions for Shipping

  • Order Processing Time: Orders will be processed and packed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment confirmation is received.
  • Dispatch Schedule: Shipments are made from Monday to Friday with a daily cut-off time at 12:00 PM. Orders confirmed after 12:00 PM will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Bangkok and Metropolitan Area: 1 – 2 business days.
    • Other Provinces: 2 – 4 business days.
    • Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service, remote location delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, a Tracking Number will be sent to your email. You can also track your shipment status under the “My Orders” menu on our website.
